Zinc plating of this wire, produced from high or low carbon content (LCC) feedstock, provides high corrosion protection, allowing for its use in agriculture, especially in vineyards, orchards, etc.
The zinc layer of zinc-plated wires produced by Socitrel is in accordance with European Standard EN 10244-2 (Class D for commercial zinc-plated wire and Class A hard zinc-plated or zinc/aluminum alloys 95%/5%).
