Quality Policy
The prime objective of SOCITREL is to obtain results that meet the needs of its customers in three areas:
- Quality of its products;
- Respect for Environment;
- Respect for Health and Safety.
To that end, SOCITREL has adopted a Quality Management System as an instrument for the fulfilment of standards, specifications, contractual determinations, as well as legal requirements.
Quality of its products
Is assumed by the Administration Council of SOCITREL the commitment to implement and to maintain a suitable Quality System based on standard NP EN ISO 9001:2000, to:
- Assure the reliability of its products and their work methods;
- Assure the management of inspections, including the pursuit of corrections of defects and the continuous improvement of the System.
Respect for Environment
SOCITREL is conscious about the environmental impact arising from its activities, and is determined to improve the environmental sensitivity of its collaborators, and contributing in a positive approach to the environmental problems where it is located. This way, SOCITREL commits:
- To evaluate the environmental implications coming from its activity with the objective to minimize the environmental impacts;
- To fulfil the legislation and the applicable environmental regulations.
Respect for Health and Safety
The safety of all those that work with and for SOCITREL, is a constant preoccupation. The Executive Commission of Administration Council promotes and animates a system of prevention and safety based on the following principles:
- Prevention of risks at work and continuous improvement of work conditions;
- Definition of work conditions in the many workstations, in order to preserve the safety and the health of workers.

On the basis of the above, SOCITREL rightly deserves the confidence of its customers as it has successfully overcome all the challenges presented to it.
Based in those principles, SOCITREL will continue its performance in way to remain a dynamic Company, able to adapt itself to new circumstances in real time. In summary, to continue satisfying the needs of its customers by:
- Information about its products;
- Administrative aspects;
- Feed-back of information from its customers, including complaints.
Those several associated ways are the object of regular evaluation by the Executive Commission of the Council of Administration, jointly with the management of the implemented Quality System. |
